Elevation Letters in Rio Crossing Models

On the Paint Audit – 2019 page, I have a link to color swatches for Rio Crossing homes, and also a brief discussion of how to determine your home’s “model”.

Model Information

Here are the model names, with plan numbers, and square feet information for each, from smallest to largest:

  • Payson – Plan 1311. Most homes with this plan show as 1305 sq ft.
  • Sedona – Plan 1533. Most homes with this plan show as 1519 sq ft.
  • Bisbee – Plan 1685. Most homes with this plan show as 1678 sq ft.
  • Jericho – Plan 1823. Most homes with this plan show as 1821 sq ft.
  • Unknown name – Unknown plan number. There are 7 homes with a square footage of 1950, which are likely the same model.
  • Rainier – Plan 2229. Most homes with this plan show as 2226 sq ft.
  • Sonoran – Plan 2311. Most homes with this plan show as 2290 sq ft.
  • Crescendo – Plan 2471. Most homes with this plan show as 2470 sq ft.
  • Denali – Plan 2511. Most homes with this plan show as 2520 sq ft.
  • Kalahari – Plan 2789. Most homes with this plan show as 2763 sq ft.
  • Savanna – Plan 3112. Most homes with this plan show as 3003 sq ft.
  • Sierra – Plan not available. Note: there is no artists drawing of this model, but it is essentially the same as the Pinnacle model, but without the extra 2 bedrooms and 1 extra bathroom above the living room space. Most homes with this plan show as 3277 sq ft.
  • Pinnacle – Plan 3900. Most homes with this plan show as 3900 sq ft.

There are a number of homes (about 6) that have different square foot values than the plan models. We are unsure of the actual model of these homes.

Elevation Information

The “elevation” is actually just a letter that indicates which “exterior treatment” was given to the homes. Here’s a basic description of the differences to look for in each elevation letter:

A – Rectangular shutter. Round clay cylinder accents near each peak of the roof.

B – Shutters are curved at top, to match the extra arched window above the bedroom windows. The columns adjacent to the garage doors have “accent molding” about half way up.

C – No shutters. The columns adjacent to the garage doors have “accent molding” all the way at the top.
