As you might expect, “socializing” is a bit of an issue in the COVID-19 situation.  The board decided in it’s September meeting to forego social events for the remainder of 2020. Hopefully we can resume in 2021!

Garage Sales

We try to sponsor one or two garage sales each year.  Residents set up their own garage sale at their home (people often work together with neighbors, too!), and the Association puts up signs and gets the word out on social media.

Social Events

We also try to have at least two community social events each year, typically some sort of daytime activity held at “Roma Park”, the green belt area between 123rd and Sells along Roma.  In Spring 2018, we had bouncy castles and food trucks, along with free hot dogs.
