Community Manager

Planned Development Services is our management company. They take care of most of the administrative tasks that a homeowners association needs to have done.

But the Community Manager is the main point of contact for the community. Contact Lisa directly with any questions, and if your question needs someone else involved, she’ll make sure it gets done.

If she’s not available during business hours, your call should roll over to the PDS customer service number, where other community managers are waiting to take your call — not by a “customer service rep” whose job it is to sit by the phone every day; your call will be taken by another PDS community manager who knows the business of community management, and has access to the important and relevant information about Rio Crossing. Most calls routed to the customer service number are easily handled and resolved on the first call!
