Saturday, November 7th, Rio Crossing will be holding its Movie Night at 7:00 PM in Roma Park located at the corner of 123rd Dr. and Roma Ave. There will be popcorn for all and glow sticks for the kids at the check in area. Neighborhood Block Party

We need help with the Neighborhood Block Party, scheduled for November 1st, 2014. Only 2-5 hours is required for assistance with planning the event or running the games at the event. Plant Replacement

[one_fourth]Plant Replacement[/one_fourth] [three_fourth_last]The HOA has approved the replacement of missing plants and trees along El Mirage, the Heatherbrea entry, and the Campbell entry. The replacements are scheduled to start in April. As funds become available, we are looking to replace all of the missing plants through out the community.[/three_fourth_last]

Repainting Walls

The community walls have just been repainted. We are asking homeowners to check their sprinklers to ensure that they are not spraying onto the walls, since the water can seep through the walls and create a stain on the freshly painted walls. Improperly drained pool water can also cause this effect.[/three_fourth_last]

Replacement Granite

[one_fourth]Replacement Granite[/one_fourth] [three_fourth_last]Our Heatherbrea and Campbell entries have recently had granite added to them to refresh the appearance of the entryways. The HOA has a developed a seven year rotation replacement plan to refresh the granite through out the community.[/three_fourth_last]
