If you are going to make any changes to the exterior of your property, you should file an Architectural Request. (If you’re making changes in your back yard and it will not be visible above the fence line, you might not need to file a Request. But check out the Architectural Guidelines to be sure.)
As of fall 2020, the board is moving to an online submittal system for submission, tracking, and archiving Architectural Requests. For the time being, please continue to contact our Community Manager for forms and guidance.

Contact a member of the Design Review Committee, an Association Officer, or our community manager for additional information. The Design Review Committee may take up to 45 days to respond to your request, but process changes implemented in early 2020 have improved response times. Still, you should always allow at least 2 weeks for processing, and it might still take longer.
